Caring Hands Humane Society Memorial Brick Walk

Having a companion animal in your home as you know is very rewarding and beneficial to everyone. Sometimes when we lose that companion because of illness or simply old age it is as if a family member has died. When this happens it is normal for the family to go through the same grieving process as when you have lost a beloved relative. After all he or she is like a child or trusted confidante, your faithful pal and playmate.

At Caring Hands Humane Society we know the importance of remembering our cherished loved ones as part of the process we must go through during this period of grieving, and we are ready to help take care of all your needs. You can bring your beloved pet to us and we will, with the dignity your friend deserves, cremate and return her remains to you in a memorial urn. We realize not everyone wishes to keep the remains of their beloved companion, so we have also created other ways you can memorialize their life.

We offer a variety of ways to memorialize our beloved pets, such as our Memorial Boards in our Lobby, Adoption Housing Sponsorship, Room Dedications, or park bench sponsorship. Or you can simply send a donation of any dollar amount in memory or honor of a loved one, pet or human and we will acknowledge that in our newsletter along with a lovely memorial card returned to you or the family of the one honored.
